Our shop sits on Warren Road in Imperial, about twenty minutes south of downtown St. Louis along Interstate 55. Walk-ins are welcome during regular hours for key cutting, rekeying, small hardware sales, and informal consultations. If you’re bringing a lockset, a strike plate, or an unusual cylinder in for matching, no appointment is needed — just come on by. Parking is easy, the door is accessible, and there’s always coffee on. If you’re making a longer trip to see us, a quick call ahead ensures the technician or specialist you need is on site when you arrive rather than out on a service call.

What Happens Next: Our process, briefly

Once you’ve reached out, here’s the rhythm you can expect. Straightforward requests — a rekey, a replacement cylinder, a standard safe opening — get quoted by phone or email the same day. Projects involving site assessment, such as new construction, door and frame replacement, access control design, or commercial safe installation, get scheduled for a walkthrough at your location, typically within three to five business days. After the walkthrough, you receive a written proposal with itemized pricing, a suggested timeline, and hardware specifications. No pressure, no upsell theater, no disappearing acts. If you like the plan, we schedule the work. If you need time, we’re patient.

Initial consultations are at no cost for commercial clients within our regular service area. We’d rather spend an hour understanding your building than guess at a proposal from a phone call. That hour almost always saves money on the back end, because it catches the small details — a fire code requirement, an odd strike prep, a door that’s been painted shut for a decade — that turn into change orders when they’re discovered mid-installation instead of during planning.

Frequent territories include Arnold, Festus, Imperial, Pevely, Barnhart, De Soto, High Ridge, Fenton, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Chesterfield, Clayton, and downtown St. Louis. For larger commercial or institutional projects — multi-branch banks, school districts, municipal facilities — we travel farther on request. If your location sits outside that general footprint, call anyway. We frequently make exceptions for existing customers and referrals, and we’d rather hear you out than turn you away based on a map.
