Open Positions​

Field Technician

This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, solving practical problems, and being out in the field every day. As a Commercial Safe and Lock technician, you’ll work directly with customers to install, repair, and maintain a wide range of security and access products across residential and commercial properties.

What you’ll do:

  • Install and service residential and commercial lock systems, including deadbolts, high-security locks, and keypad entry systems
  • Install home security systems including control panels, cameras, motion detectors, door and window sensors, smart locks, and more
  • Perform door and frame repairs, replacements, and hardware installation for commercial clients
  • Maintain and service access control systems for businesses and financial institutions
  • Respond to emergency lockout calls and urgent service requests
  • Represent Commercial Safe and Lock professionally and courteously in every customer interaction
What we're looking for:
  • A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work carefully and efficiently
  • Good communication skills and a customer-friendly demeanor
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Prior experience in locksmithing, construction, electrical work, or a related trade is a plus — but not required
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow steadily within the role

No prior experience in the industry? No problem. If you’re motivated, dependable, and willing to put in the work, we will train you from the ground up. Many of our most skilled technicians started with us knowing very little about locksmithing or security — and today they’re trusted experts who customers ask for by name.

Sales Representative​

If you’re a people person who thrives on building relationships and helping customers find the right solution, our Sales Representative role may be the perfect fit. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and genuinely interested in learning the products and services we offer inside and out.

What you’ll do:

  • Consult with residential and commercial clients to understand their security needs and recommend the right products and services
  • Develop a thorough understanding of CSL’s full lineup, including home security systems, commercial locks, access control, and door solutions
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals to prospective customers
  • Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline, and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth, on-time service and installation
  • Represent the CSL brand with professionalism, honesty, and genuine enthusiasm for what we do
What we're looking for:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy talking to people and making them feel heard
  • A customer-first mindset and a real desire to help people solve problems
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage your time and priorities independently
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is helpful but absolutely not required
  • A willingness to learn the technical side of our services so you can speak confidently and knowledgeably with customers

We provide full training on our products, services, and sales process. You don’t need to arrive as a security expert — you just need to be coachable, hardworking, and committed to doing right by the customer.
