CSL Doors & Security is a family-owned and operated business established in 1995 and located at 2275 Cassens Drive, Fenton, MO 63026. We provide commercial locksmith services, door installation and repair, bank equipment security, access control systems, home security systems, and related services in the greater St. Louis, Missouri area.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

4. Service Terms

Authorization: By authorizing us to perform work at your property, you confirm that you are the property owner or have the legal authority to authorize access and the requested services.

Verification of Identity/Ownership: For the safety of all parties, CSL Doors & Security reserves the right to request identification or proof of ownership or tenancy before performing any lockout service, lock change, key duplication, or security system work.

Access: You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the areas where work is to be performed and to ensure that the work area is clear of hazards.

Payment: Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless a prior credit arrangement has been established in writing. We accept [cash, check, and major credit cards — please confirm accepted payment methods with our office]. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

Warranties: We stand behind our workmanship. Labor performed by CSL Doors & Security is warranted against defects for 90 days from the date of service, unless a different warranty is stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to parts and equipment we install. Warranties are void if the work is altered, tampered with, or damaged by third parties or misuse after our service.

5. Emergency Services

CSL Doors & Security offers emergency lockout and security services. Emergency calls outside of regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) may be subject to additional after-hours service fees. All fees will be disclosed before work begins.
